This new is about 30 Greenpeace activists under arrest in Russia, principally the concern for the health for these persons.

The prisoners are 28 Greenpeace activists and two journalists, and they come from 18 countries in total.
In Russia, they are imprisons in a lonely prison 23 hours in a day, they have only one hour to leave the cells and realize exercises; some persons are in “extremely cold” cells.

This activists protest in September in opposed to a Oil platform in the Artic ocean, because this will be the first drilling in the Barents Sea. These persons are in a pretrial detention, for two months, before confronted with charges for piracy. If they are found guilty, they could be in prison for 15 years.
Alexandra Harris is one of the prisoners, and she get sick this month and she was taken to the hospital, but the doctors said she didn’t treatment.

Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, defended the actions of the guard coast, but he said "I don't know the details of what went on, but it's completely obvious they aren't pirates".

Greenpeace said today, that it would be filing a criminal complaint with Russian police. Also last weekend, Vigils were held around the world to free the "Arctic 30", with celebrities including actor Jude Law and musician Damon Albarn joining an estimated 800 people who gathered outside the Russian embassy in London.
